When you request a quote or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone, email, property address, the work you need and any notes or photos. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately.
We use this information only to respond to you, quote and schedule work, and keep records of jobs. We store it with the service providers we use to run the business (website hosting, email and our customer database). We do not sell it.
