These Terms & Conditions apply to Adinkra Properties LLC, doing business as The North Austin Company ("The North Austin Company," "we," "us"), our website at northaustincompany.com, and our text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

Our services and estimates

Information on this website describes the kinds of work we do. It is not a quote or a guarantee. Every job is priced in a written, itemized estimate after we review the property or your photos. Work begins only after you approve an estimate, and the approved estimate and any signed agreement govern that job.

Using our website

Please give us accurate information when you contact us. Don't misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit content you don't have the right to share. Photos and content on this site belong to The North Austin Company and may not be reused without permission.

SMS Terms

1. Program. Adinkra Properties LLC, doing business as The North Austin Company, sends text messages about customer requests and jobs: confirmations, scheduling and appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, job updates and replies to messages you send us.
2. Opting in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on our Text Updates page or Get Help form, by texting START or YES to our number, or by agreeing when we ask on a call. The exact consent wording is on our Text Updates page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency varies based on your request and job.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
6. Help. Reply HELP for help, email northaustinco@gmail.com or call (512) 766-8357.
7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, The North Austin Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our responsibility for any job is set out in that job's estimate or agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
